Annual subscription for support and software maintenance. Full_Serve is required to be purchased annually, after the initial year, when the BidScreen XL and SiteWorx/OS software license is purchased and not leased. Full_Serve includes:
- Latest software release
- All software enhancements and maintenance releases
- Unlimited telephone, email and web support
- Training as needed
