You need the 32 bit version of BidScreen XL or BidPoint XL if you have a 32 bit version of Microsoft Excel. If you have the 64 bit version of Excel, the 64 bit version of BidScreen XL or BidPoint XL must be installed and added to Excel.
How to determine the version of Excel:
Open Excel
Under the File tab, click Account.
Press the About Excel button on the right side of the window.
if the About Microsoft Excel window shows 32 bit at the end of the first line, download the 32 bit version of BidScreen XL or BidPoint XL
If the first line shows 64 bit, download the 64 bit version of BidScreen XL or BidPoint XL
